Woodside Reclamation began eleven years ago when we were converting the stable of an early Victorian vicarage and were looking for original materials which would fit with the age and style of the existing house.

We scoured our nearest architectural salvage yard which was at least sixty miles away, searched through skips and haunted local demolishers. We found panel doors, wash basins, antique baths, cast iron radiators as well as parquet block and wood strip flooring. Our building completed, we found ourselves with surplus materials. Premises became available at the end of our village and Woodside Reclamation was born.

We stock a comprehensive range or architectural antiques; fireplaces, baths, basins and reclaimed building materials such as timber flooring and beams. We occasionally purchase items from France such as double ended baths and terracotta tommettes. Our collection of doors is in the hundreds. We have door furniture, taps, chimney pots, light fittings and a certain amount of country style furniture.
